Foundation training is a ground-breaking programme, devised by Dr of Chiropractic Eric Goodman to relieve his own debilitating back pain and avoid multiple level surgeries. It requires no equipment and is a powerful accessory to all movement programmes including Pilates, Yoga and general fitness regimes right up to elite athletes.
Suitable for all levels – men and women, teens from age 14 and movement teachers and therapists.
