Class Times and Fees

My fees are £75 for a 6 week block of classes and payment should be made by week  6 of each block for the following block.  There are no refunds for missed classes but you may be able to make up any missed classes in another suitable session subject to space being available.  There is no time limit for taking missed classes but I do ask that you give as much notice as possible of any classes you are going to miss.  The maximum class size is 11 to ensure that I am able to fully observe and support your progress.


I do have one or two spaces in some of my sessions.  So do get in touch by email or phone if you would like to reserve a place or have a chat. 

Level 1 = for complete beginners and those requiring a gentle modified approach

Level 2 = for those wishing to progress to improver level but still requiring modification options to some exercises.

Level 3 = for improvers and those wishing to progress to more challenging intermediate exercises.

Release, Realign, Strengthen, Stretch


The main focus of Pilates is to strengthen and balance the core muscles predominantly the deep abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.  For the spine to be healthy it needs to be in a balanced state.  Pilates helps by strengthening and balancing the muscles which support the spine and by encouraging good alignment.  Having a stable centre allows you to move with more strength, balance and flexibility.  

Through regular practice of Pilates you will become more body aware and will begin to bring its principles of core control, alignment and breath into your everyday life.  

Pilates is recommended by GPs, physiotherapists, osteopaths and chiropractors for those who suffer with musculoskeletal disorders and in particular back, shoulders, neck, knee and hip problems.  Also it's an opportunity for an hour a week to focus on YOU, breath….Release, Realign, Strengthen and Stretch  your body for the week ahead.
